NOW HIRING - HAMPTONS (BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY) | YEAR-ROUND & SEASONAL ESTATE ROLES
We are currently assisting a private family in Bridgehampton, New York who operate their newly built estate with a yacht-inspired standard of service and are seeking experienced hospitality and property professionals with strong yachting or luxury estate backgrounds.
All candidates must be based in the Tri-State area and already have experience working in Hamptons private homes or similar luxury estates. Local proximity is required (no commutes over ~45 minutes for live-out roles).
 
1. YEAR-ROUND PROPERTY MANAGER (Live-In or Live-Out)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000+ DOE + Benefits
-Must have strong maintenance / technical systems experience
-Background in yachting or high-end estate management strongly preferred
-Oversee full property operations year-round
-Must be hands-on, proactive, and highly organized
-Live-in option available (private bedroom + bathroom on separate floor provided)
-Live-out candidates must be local to the area
 
2. CHIEF STEWARD / EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER (Interior Manager)
Salary: ~$120,000 DOE
-Lead and manage interior household operations
-Strong background in luxury housekeeping + food & beverage service for events
-Experience with:
◦Formal table settings
◦Floral arrangements
◦Event setup and styling
-Must be both hands-on and able to supervise housekeeping staff
-Seasonal role (open to year-round for the right candidate)
 
3. SEASONAL STEWARD / HOUSEKEEPER (May-September)
-High-level detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning
-Works alongside existing laundress
-Must be service-oriented, discreet, and efficient
-Full-time schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (flexibility required in peak season)
