Personal Household Assistant (Temp-to-Permanent) | Hamptons & New York City
A private family office is seeking an experienced Personal Household Assistant to join their team. This position will begin as a temporary role immediately through Labor Day, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position for the right candidate.
Compensation: $40-$45 per hour
Location:

• Summer: The Hamptons (accommodations provided)
• Fall onward: New York City (live-out position)

Schedule:

• 4 days on / 3 days off rotational schedule

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily household operations
• Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Wardrobe management and organization
• Calendar management and scheduling support
• Stocking and maintaining household supplies
• Packing and unpacking for travel
• General household and personal assistant duties

Ideal Background:
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Yachting
• Luxury hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environments
• Personal or Executive Assistant roles in New York City
• Executive housekeeping

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a home with young children and pets
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as the family owns multiple residences
• Must already be based in the New York City area, as the role is live-out when the family is in the city
