Pinecrest, FL | A warm, active family is seeking an experienced LIVE OUT Housekeeper to maintain their 9,000 square foot residence and provide light, occasional family cooking support.
This long term position is ideal for a detail oriented, proactive, and highly organized candidate who takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean and well run home. The family is seeking someone who is thorough, self motivated, and able to work independently while anticipating household needs.
Responsibilities include detailed housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, household organization, and preparing simple family dinners several evenings per week.
- Daily detailed cleaning and upkeep of a 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom residence
- Deep cleaning and household organization
- Making beds and changing bed linens
- Family laundry, ironing, and steaming
- Maintaining bathrooms to a high standard
- Organizing closets, cabinets, and common areas
- Patio cleaning and outdoor maintenance as needed
- Preparing simple family dinners 3 to 4 evenings per week
- Monitoring household supplies and communicating household needs
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
COMPENSATION:
$35 per hour via W2 + benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home
- Experience maintaining large residences preferred
- Strong laundry, ironing, and garment care skills
- Experience preparing simple family meals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the US
- English fluency preferred
- Excellent verifiable references
- Reliable transportation
