Experienced Care Assistant 
£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay: £14.50-£15 .50 per hour + mileage
Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00
 
We are seeking experienced, dependable Care Assistants to join a well-established, premium domiciliary care service covering Worthing and nearby areas.
This role is ideal for carers who want to move away from rushed, task-focused visits and instead deliver thoughtful, person-led support. You'll have the time and consistency to build genuine relationships and provide care to the standard you know is right.

Pay & Benefits

• £500 joining bonus
• £14.50-£15.50 per hour, depending on experience and shifts
• Higher rates for evenings and weekends
• Overnight support: £125 - £135 per night
• Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
• Holiday pay (12.07%)
• Company pension (3% employer contribution)
• Enhanced pay on selected holidays

Your role
You'll support individuals to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering personalised care based on individual needs and preferences
• Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Carrying out light household duties to maintain a safe environment
• Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing

About you

• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship offered)
• Able to work alternate weekends
• Flexible to cover a mix of early, evening, and split shifts
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
