Pay: from £150+ per night
Hours: 20:00-08:00 night shifts | Full time & part time available | Service operates 7 days a week

Pay & Benefits
We recognise the value of the work you do and reward you accordingly:

• from £150+ per night
• £50 refer a friend scheme 
• Enhanced weekend pay rates
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
• Holiday pay (12.07%)
• Company pension (3% contribution)
• Enhanced pay on designated holidays

 
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes throughout the night.
Your role may include:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred overnight care
• Supporting with personal care and bedtime/morning routines
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Conducting welfare checks and responding to client needs during the night
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records and communication with the wider care team
