Morning Care Assistant - Chichester & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £14-£15.50 per hour + mileage
Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours available. Working times are between 07:00-13:00 (can be flexible)


We're looking for kind, reliable, and professional Morning Care Assistants to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas.
 
This isn't a high-volume care environment. Instead, you'll provide unrushed, relationship-led care, giving you the time to build meaningful connections and deliver the level of care your clients deserve.

• 45p per mile mileage allowance
• Holiday pay (12.07%)

About the role
As a Morning Care Assistant, you'll help people start their day while remaining independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting with morning routines including personal care, dressing, and breakfast preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

• Must be available to work 07:00 - 13:00 shifts
• Available to work every other weekend
