They're now looking for a Senior eCommerce Specialist to own the technical performance and contribute to commercial growth of their website. What you'll be doing:

• Own the Shopify experience end-to-end; theme customisation, app integrations, front-end development, and technical troubleshooting in partnership with the external agency
• Keep the website dialled into the Living Edge brand; product data, merchandising, campaign content, and category pages all sharp and on-point
• Lead CRO and UX testing initiatives to lift conversion, reduce friction, and improve the customer journey from browse to checkout
• Lead on-page and technical SEO strategy to grow organic visibility, and deliver clear, commercial performance reporting to the broader team

 
What you'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in ecommerce, web development, or digital marketing
• Proven hands-on Shopify experience including theme customisation, store admin, and UX optimisation
• Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Liquid templating a strong plus)
• Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and databases
• Proficiency with GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
• Strong SEO and SEM knowledge with a demonstrated track record
• An analytical mindset — you turn data into clear, commercial decisions
• Strong communication skills and comfort managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Confidence using Generative and Agentic AI tools in your everyday workflow
• A background in furniture, luxury goods, or design-led retail is highly regarded
