The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Development Manager to join our passionate Development team where they be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale residential and mixed-use projects – from site acquisition through to settlement. This role offers the opportunity to lead project strategy, planning approvals, and stakeholder engagement while influencing design and ensuring financial, program and quality outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and authority approval process (including Planning Proposals, Development Applications and State Significant projects).
• Manage and monitor project performance metrics (budget, quality, program).
• Oversee project controls, stakeholder alignment, and subdivision strategies.
• Provide strategic input on acquisitions and development feasibility.
• Ensure projects meet company standards, design briefs, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate pre-construction, construction, and project completion deliverables.
• Manage JV relationships, consultants, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior development team members where required.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in a Development Manager role.
• Proven track record delivering Class 2 and large mixed-use projects (100+ apartments).
• Tertiary qualification in Property Economics, Construction Management or similar.
• Strong understanding of the NSW planning system and project delivery framework.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver results.
