We are currently seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team.
 
About You
You are a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Architect with a strong background in architectural construction documentation and management. With a proven track record in leading large-scale Class 2 multi-residential projects through to construction, you ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Leading multi-residential projects from post DA through to completion.
• Managing a team and overseeing construction documentation packages.
• Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks at each stage, applying your expertise in construction detailing.
• Regularly reviewing design work to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• A minimum of 10+ years post-graduate experience within Architecture including a minimum of 8+ years local experience is essential – ideally registered.
• Strong competency in Revit construction documentation.
• Proven experience in Class 2 multi-residential projects - must be currently leading your own projects.
• Have strong understanding of the Design and Building Practitioner Regulation (DBP), Building Code of Australia (BCA) and relevant Australian Standards.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Full working visa or residency status and current local experience is essential for this role.
