To help us achieve this we are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver our high-rise residential construction projects across Sydney. In this senior position, you’ll plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful, high-quality outcomes.
 
What You'll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, coordination, design and execution
• Review drawings, construction documentation, and programs to ensure buildability and compliance
• Manage subcontractor relationships, scope of works, procurement, and contract administration
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, QA documentation, progress claims, and statutory compliance
• Champion WHS, site safety management plans, and effective risk mitigation strategies
• Drive internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience managing high-rise residential projects
• Strong leadership, organisational, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of Sydney’s construction market and subcontractor network
• Proficiency in MS Project and reading technical drawings/specifications
• A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
