Product design consultancy requires a Senior Industrial Designer, with a background in CONSUMER ELECTRONICS, to join their team.
  
Software: Solidworks, Keyshot, Adobe CC
Prototyping: 3d Printing, CNC machines
  
Working in collaboration with the design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of product sectors, including medical devices, scientific equipment, agricultural IoT, global logistics and robotics.
  
As a Senior within the team, you will be leading the design of new and existing products from inception through to delivery. This includes communicating your ideas succinctly to both clients and stakeholders.
  
You will have previous experience designing complex electro-mechanical products involving electronics integration, injection moulding, metal components and building these into complex assemblies that can be manufactured at scale.
  
You are well versed at understanding design constraints, target markets, budgets, timeframes and integration of hardware during the design brief and definition stage.
  
You have a high level of manufacturing knowledge in areas such as injection moulding, materials, assembly, CNC, and fabrication.
