Are you a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer with a passion for painting, illustration, product and packaging design? We’re looking for a talented designer to join our growing team in Tullamarine. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone with a love for craft, stationery, and the fast-paced world of retail design.

About the Role:
As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing visually striking and commercially effective designs across product ranges, packaging, and branding. Your work will directly influence how our products appear on shelves and in the hands of customers across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, trend-driven designs for a range of arts and crafts products
• Develop paint by number illustrations for adult and kid audiences
• Illustrate custom product, characters, scenes, and repeat print patterns for various retailers
• Translate creative concepts into finished art with a strong attention to detail
• Ensure artwork is print-ready and aligns with production specifications
• Maintain a strong understanding of visual and market trends in colour, layout, and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and project objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or commercial product design
• Strong illustrative graphic design skills and an eye for retail handwriting
• Demonstrated experience in brand and packaging development
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of print production techniques and finished art
• Passion for design, with bonus points for a love of craft, stationery, and lifestyle trends
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
