To be suited:
- Exp: Min 8yrs in senior engineering roles and min 3 yrs in tech leadership.
- Platform Expertise: Advanced Shopify and Liquid knowledge; headless builds; React /TypeScript.
- Engineering Excellence: Proven success delivering scalable, complex digital solutions.
- Leadership Strength: Experience building, mentoring and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Confident to influence at a senior level and align tech with business goals.
- DevOps & Delivery: Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, QA, and agile project management.
- Communication: Strong communicator who can translate complex concepts across disciplines.
  
Another factor of this role is having proven AI capabilities within the engineering space,  identifying, implementing and optimising AI-driven solutions that includes code generation, workflow automation, personalisation, analytics, or content creation.
