Commercial Property | Full-Time Role | Melbourne
Are you a highly organised property professional with a flair for marketing and a genuine interest in commercial leasing?
A well-established and growing property group is seeking a proactive Leasing & Marketing Officer to support its commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on, varied position combining leasing administration, tenant liaison, property marketing, digital listings and campaign coordination.
Working closely with the Property and Leasing team, you will play an important role in generating enquiry, supporting occupancy outcomes and ensuring each property is presented professionally across all marketing channels.
The role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to leasing enquiries and arranging property inspections
- Sending brochures, managing enquiry records and following up prospective tenants for feedback
- Assisting with lease applications, offers, renewals and lease variations
- Coordinating credit checks, car park allocations and licence agreements
- Supporting tenant enquiries, including general day-to-day matters, maintenance requests and building access requirements
- Maintaining property websites, online listings and marketing databases
- Monitoring comparable listings and market activity across Melbourne’s commercial property market
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, external suppliers and creative agencies
- Preparing property brochures, marketing packs, email campaigns and branded collateral
- Arranging photography, drone footage, video content and signage including “For Lease” boards
- Managing social media activity across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Tracking campaign performance, analysing advertising results and preparing marketing cost comparisons
- Providing general property, administration and office support as required
About you:To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Experience in commercial property, leasing, property administration, real estate marketing or a related field
- Strong administration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and responsive approach to customer, tenant and agent enquiries
- Confidence using digital platforms, online listing portals and social media channels
- An eye for presentation, branding and high-quality marketing material
- The ability to coordinate suppliers, deadlines, campaigns and competing tasks
- A positive attitude, initiative and willingness to contribute across a growing property business
Experience with commercial leasing, realcommercial, CRE, Google business listings, Canva or similar marketing tools will be highly regarded.
