About the Company:
An opportunity is available for a Sales Consultant to join a real estate agency in the West. Working across Melbourne’s western suburbs, this role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, winning business and helping clients take their next step in property.

About the Role:
From the first conversation through to settlement, you’ll guide buyers and sellers through the sales process, providing clear communication and a professional, personalised service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting for new business and building your local network
• Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
• Conducting property appraisals and securing new listings
• Managing buyer enquiries, inspections and open homes
• Keeping vendors informed throughout their sales campaign
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to settlement
• Maintaining accurate database records and consistent follow-up

Salary and commissions will be discussed with you based on your experience.

About You:
You enjoy connecting with people, take initiative and understand that consistent follow-up is essential to success in real estate.

You will bring:

• Experience in real estate sales
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A professional, client-focused approach
• The relevant Victorian real estate qualifications
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
