A well-established and highly regarded Owners Corporation business in the Inner South East is seeking a motivated Junior Owners Corporation Manager to join its supportive and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals, gain exposure to a diverse portfolio and develop the technical knowledge required to become a successful Owners Corporation Manager.
The opportunity:
This role would suit a capable administrator, Property Manager, Owners Corporation Assistant or customer-service professional with a genuine interest in the strata sector. You will receive ongoing mentoring and support while gradually building confidence across all areas of Owners Corporation management.
Working closely with experienced Owners Corporation Managers, you will assist with the smooth management of residential and mixed-use buildings, while developing an understanding of the legislative, financial and relationship-management aspects of the role.
Your responsibilities As the Junior Owners Corporation Manager, you will support the team with:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Owners Corporations
- Responding professionally to enquiries from owners, committees, residents and contractors
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, notices, correspondence and supporting documentation
- Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes, work orders and contractor access
- Assisting with committee meetings, annual general meetings and extraordinary general meetings
- Maintaining accurate property, owner and contractor records
- Supporting insurance renewals, compliance documentation, budgets and levy processes
- Following up outstanding actions and ensuring communication is timely and accurate
- Building strong working relationships with internal team members, committees and service providers

About you:You do not need to be an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to apply. What matters most is your willingness to learn, strong administration skills and ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of people.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous administration, property management, real estate, strata or customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing documentation
- A professional, calm and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new property-management systems
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Owners Corporation management
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or relevant strata experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential
