Join one of WA's most trusted security providers. We are seeking approachable, customer-focused Crowd Controllers to join our team for hospitality venues located primarily in the Mandurah area. About The Role
Vault Protective Security Services is an established West Australian security provider, specialising in delivering exceptional security and customer service to the hospitality sector. Since 2011, we have built a strong reputation by partnering with prominent venues and clients across WA.
We are currently expanding our southern team and are looking for reliable Crowd Controllers to work at our Mandurah venues. We know that good security starts at the door with a welcoming presence, and we need guards who can provide a safe, friendly environment for patrons.

PLEASE NOTE: For this specific intake, our main priority is finding guards who are eager and available to work down in Mandurah. You don't need to be an industry veteran—if you have 3 to 6 months of basic security experience, a positive attitude, and good communication skills, we want to hear from you. We provide a supportive environment where you can continue to build your skills in de-escalation and venue management.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Act as the welcoming face of the venue, greeting patrons and managing entry smoothly.
• Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises, strictly adhering to RSA and venue entry policies.
• Monitor patron behaviour and use effective communication and proactive de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts.
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication using two-way radios.
• Ensure the general safety of all patrons and staff within the venue.
• Report any incidents clearly and in line with relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and perform first aid/CPR if required.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Location: Willingness and ability to reliably travel to and work at venues in Mandurah.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 months of practical security/crowd control experience.
• Valid WA Crowd Control license.
• Valid First Aid & Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificates.
• Comfortable using two-way radios for team communications.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• Weekend evening availability.

Advantageous Extras:

• Currently residing in Mandurah, Rockingham, or surrounding southern suburbs.
• Previous experience working in hospitality venues (pubs, bars, taverns).
• Customer service or hospitality background.
