We are currently gearing up for our busy periods as the summer months come in, meaning there will be a massive volume of hours available. We are seeking adaptable Crowd Controllers to work across all sectors of our business, including premium venue security, large-scale crowd control events, and dynamic ad-hoc shifts throughout the Perth region and into 2026.

Tasks and responsibilities: - Provide exceptional and professional customer service to diverse clientele.
- Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises strictly adhering to policies.
- Control patron behaviour in and around the premises to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guards.
- De-escalate potential conflict and expertly escort patrons out of venues using appropriate, safe methods.
- Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct emergency evacuations & perform first aid and/or CPR where applicable.
- Adapt seamlessly between venue hosting, event security, and ad-hoc shift requirements.
Skills and qualifications: - Valid WA Crowd Control Licence required.
- Valid First Aid Certificate required.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate required.
- Rights to work in Australia are required.
- Weekend and evening availability essential (Saturday availability is a must for this role).
- Proficient English communication and verbal de-escalation skills essential.
- Defence Force experience highly regarded.
- Amateur or professional martial arts training highly regarded.
