We have a great opportunity for you to join us in this contract role within the Solutions Delivery team at Equity Trustees.

Reporting to the Team Leader (Software Development), you’ll focus on delivering high-quality software solutions, supporting the integration and development of applications aligned with strategic business goals. You'll be reviewing business requirements, working with the Enterprise/Solutions Architect, and collaborating at every stage of the SDLC to ensure robust, scalable outcomes.

Longer term, you’ll be involved in maintaining and enhancing applications, advising on new solutions and integrating Salesforce with other systems to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to succeed:

• Significant professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment methodologies (Agile, CI/CD), and integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Data modelling, migration, and governance expertise using tools like Data Loader and Workbench
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in translating business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Technical documentation skills for both team and user-facing materials
• Tertiary qualification in IT and relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft)
• Experience in platform integration or providing technical leadership/mentorship.
