We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our Governance team as an Associate, Disclosure Support. Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, this role provides the chance to develop your expertise in disclosure compliance and governance, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, best-practice solutions in a complex regulatory environment.
You’ll be working closely with the Corporate and Superannuation Trustee Services (CSTS) team, supporting key processes that ensure our disclosure practices are compliant, effective, and aligned with Equity Trustees’ trusted reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to EQT’s governance program by undertaking line one reviews of offer documents, Target Market Determinations (TMDs), and other key documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support reporting to Board Committees and assist in identifying and implementing governance improvements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and third-party service providers.
- Participate in broader business initiatives and assist with key projects across the team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: - Previous experience in governance, compliance, or similar roles within managed funds or superannuation
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including APRA’s Superannuation Prudential Standards and ASIC’s Design and Distribution Obligations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
- Experience with document management systems and disclosure documentation in a regulated environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Finance or a related field are desirable.
