Through deep strategic partnerships with Financial Advisors, Realtors, and CPAs across the state, this team has created a consistent flow of clients who arrive already trusting the process. Your job is to take it from there — deliver expert guidance, manage each loan from application to close, and provide the kind of white-glove experience that keeps partners sending more business your way.
Day-to-day, you'll consult with Florida borrowers on purchase, refinance, and investment financing, oversee your pipeline with precision, and maintain the referral relationships that fuel the model. Broker flexibility means access to dozens of wholesale lenders — real optionality for complex scenarios that banks routinely turn away.
The role comes with a base salary for stability, high-performance commission splits for upside, and in-house processing and marketing support so your focus stays on clients.
To be a fit, you'll need an active Florida NMLS MLO license, 2+ years of origination experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with modern LOS and CRM platforms. Bilingual ability — Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hebrew, or similar — is a meaningful asset for a diverse and growing client base.
