Own ERP projects end to end at a Milwaukee manufacturer that's been built to last
Our client, the largest independent aftermarket automotive parts manufacturer in the United States, is hiring a Business Analyst II in Milwaukee, WI (hybrid).
Operating in the automotive manufacturing industry since 1985 with more than 800 team members, the organization offers a fast-paced, family-owned culture with real room to advance.
This is a mid-level role for someone ready to independently lead requirements gathering, manage small to medium-sized projects, and support enterprise systems across departments. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and process gaps, facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, and document requirements that turn into working solutions. Day to day, you'll configure and customize the ERP platform (Infor Syteline, including Order-to-Cash, Planning, and Manufacturing), support integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce, contribute to software QA, and build reports and dashboards that drive decisions.
You bring a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus 2 to 5 years in business analysis. A strong grasp of ERP and CRM systems, solid analytical and facilitation skills, and knowledge of automotive remanufacturing or similar manufacturing environments round out the profile. Experience with Infor Syteline, SQL, system integrations, or Power BI is a plus.
This team values quality, honesty, and getting better every day. If you want to help draw the roadmap at a company built to last through any market, this is your seat.
