Marketing and Communications Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Downtown Toronto; Hybrid 2x days / week
Our client, a major player in the global technology and e-commerce sector, is hiring a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead strategic communications behind some of its highest-priority business and regulatory initiatives. This is a role for a seasoned communicator who loves turning complex priorities into clear, compelling campaigns and who thrives partnering with senior leaders in a fast-moving corporate environment.
You will own integrated communications strategies from planning through delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to executives while keeping timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional partners aligned. Expect to craft executive messaging, fact sheets, launch communications, direct mail, and social content, and to build polished executive presentations in Google Slides. You will also direct external agencies on creative, video, and campaign production, and keep messaging consistent across every channel. The role includes managing a team of two.
We are looking for 10+ years in corporate communications, public affairs, or strategic communications, ideally within technology or another fast-paced industry. Strong people leadership, exceptional writing and storytelling, advanced Google Slides skills, and a solid grasp of social media and data analytics are all key. Just as important is the personality: proactive, polished, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely engaging.
This is a hybrid position requiring two to three days per week in the office, with high-visibility work, a collaborative team, and real room for career growth.
