ITS Account Executive (Massachusetts)
 
Our client is a leading US-based ITS company with global operations, and we're seeking an ITS Account Executive to drive sales opportunities with existing and new clients, focusing on state and local government. The primary responsibility is to develop and manage high-revenue accounts within the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Signal markets.

Location: Various regions, 50% travel required
Territories: Massachusetts
Work environment: Hybrid (office and travel-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic accounts and prospect new high-revenue clients.
• Provide technical support and on-site assistance to ensure customers find the right solutions.
• Develop and implement a territory management plan to grow sales.
• Engage with key vendors and partners within the defined territory.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle sales orders via email, phone, or the company’s e-commerce platform.
• Attend trade shows and provide insights to management on industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience within the ITS/Signal industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales databases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
