Senior Financial Analyst – Fund Accounting, FP&A

Location: Mid-town Toronto (Yonge and St. Clair)
Work Type: Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week)

Our client is a Canadian PE firm focused on alternative real estate assets and we're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. This hybrid position, based in Toronto, involves managing financial reporting, process improvements, and supporting business growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping and ensure accurate, timely month-end processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including KPI analysis and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop and document accounting procedures for new business areas under ASPE standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, and financial analyses for acquisitions and real estate development.
• Improve internal processes, controls, and training for organizational consistency.

• Canadian CPA designation or near completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or audit; real estate or private equity experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Quadient, and Dext is an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
