How will you make an impact?
As our Director of Microsoft Engineering, your leadership will empower teams, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional cloud security solutions that accelerate digital transformation for customers. You’ll shape the future of our practice by leveraging your expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Day to day you will:
- Lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and accountability.
- Define and execute the future direction of Azure-based cloud security solutions, adopting emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Drive regional business growth, achieving financial targets and optimising team capacity.
- Support the sales and presales team on Microsoft Azure opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams to enhance outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership by publishing articles and presenting ideas on relevant Azure strategies and technologies.
- Develop productised service offerings, including Azure presales collateral, automation workflows, and marketplace offerings.
Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems, enterprise landing zones, well-architected frameworks, data platforms, and cloud-native solutions.
- Exceptional leadership experience, inspiring and mentoring teams to achieve shared goals.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement abilities to build strong relationships with senior leaders across the business and customers.
- Strong financial and commercial skills focused on pricing strategies and business growth.
- Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
