How you will make an impact
The Senior Manager in the Strategy & Consulting team actively contributes throughout the engagement lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities, to delivery, managing engagement commercials and closure - in addition to ongoing management of client relationships.
This is achieved by leading a team of Strategy & Consulting consultants and through building client trust by communicating with influence, demonstrating excellence in planning and execution, and contributing deep cyber security knowledge.
Day to day you will
- Be a market leader with Cyber Security Strategy and Advisory
- Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning
- Manage all, or part of, a relationship with customers, including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work
- Manage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project management
- Contribute to market development and offering development activities to grow the practice and create client value
- Contribute to the management of engagement financials to support sustainable and profitable client delivery
- Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to complete product implementation and preparation of major strategic proposals
Skills & Qualifications - Experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology company in cyber security, ideally with experience across privacy or data management or strategic risk.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information system, computer engineering or related field is preferred.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading others to build their capabilities, encourage employee engagement, promote a positive learning environment and deliver high quality outcomes for customers
- A demonstrated track record of providing impactful client outcomes through high-quality delivery, effective team management and delegation
