How you will make an impact
Work collaboratively across CyberCX to support various Microsoft program and partnership initiatives.  Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of key processes, tools and dashboards as well as ensuring the ongoing compliance with the Microsoft program obligations.  Proactively identify opportunities to improve the health and success of the partnership.
  
Day to day you will: 

• Assist with the review of customer adoption of Microsoft technology, identifying opportunities for efficiency or enhanced usage, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain existing offering listings & develop a pipeline of new offering listings to add to and enhance our Marketplace presence. Maintain and enhance the repository of GTM collateral the CyberCX sales team will leverage.
• Align with the CyberCX sales pipeline to facilitate co-sell activity & maintain shared pipeline hygiene.
• ▪Build dashboards and reports that communicate the results of analytics, including dashboards, reporting decks, and KPI metrics to support decision making.
• Assist in building documentation and reporting frameworks that optimise the service delivery and quality of our presentations.
• Support in the build of operational process improvement that ensures quality reporting and data accuracy.
• Oversee Microsoft program compliance obligations, and competency requirements for Microsoft Solution Designations & Advanced Specialisations.
• Ensure CyberCX maximises our partnership with Microsoft by driving strong PAL/CPOR attach rigour.

• Proficiency with Microsoft licensing fundamentals in Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Partner portals is preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels
• Experience in complex data analysis, and communication of information to stakeholders in a way that tells a story
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation ability exposure and/or an interest in BI will be highly regarded
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously
