At MSWA, we are looking for a dedicated Domestic Assistant to help support residents at our Treendale Gardens facility in Australind in the beautiful South West. If you're someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals living with neurological conditions, including MS, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Acquired Brain Injuries, and more.
In this rewarding role, you’ll assist with vital housekeeping duties, laundry services, and kitchen support, helping ensure that our residents’ living spaces are well-maintained and safe. Your support will help create a positive and comfortable home environment for those who rely on us.

What We’re Looking For: - A caring and reliable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to the well-being of others.
- Experience in cleaning, laundry, or kitchen duties (ideal but not essential).
- Current First Aid & CPR (we can help you get certified if needed).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves: - Previous experience working with people living with disabilities.
