About the Role
The Project Manager – ANZ Finance is responsible for leading and delivering strategic business projects across CTM’s ANZ region, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the intended business outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, the Project Manager plans, coordinates and drives the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to implementation. The role plays a key part in supporting organisational change, improving business processes, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and business case development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Ability to manage change and navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum and delivering outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, commerce, law, or change management or a related field with relevant industry qualification.
- Significant change management experience, including demonstrated experience in leading complex change initiatives in a large organisation.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change through collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide broad direction to multi-disciplinary teams working on high profile projects to deliver business outcomes within defined timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
