The Dream Home Art Union Lottery provides Australians with the opportunity to win multimillion-dollar properties and other prizes, twelve times per year. Now, a bit about what we are looking for: The Marketing Manager – Non VIP Customer role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and is accountable for leading the Non-VIP Customer marketing team which consists of two direct reports. This team nurtures and grows the substantial discretionary player-base of the Prize Homes and is responsible for converting high potential audiences to subscribers (VIP).
This Marketing Manager role is responsible for maximising overall Prize Home net profit by maximising the performance of existing Non-VIP customers as well as acquisition of new customers through the following:
- End-to-end Non-VIP customer journey and campaign management- use your creative flair to develop and execute dynamic and clickable content
- Using a data-based decision making process, design and execute a content strategy in owned channels with a focus on EDM, to maximise the acquisition of VIP subscribers.
- Maximise Non-VIP profit (maximising participation frequency and spend across all art union draws a year and the lifetime of the customer (CLV)).
- Achieve the most efficient return on investment for the business, meeting agreed total discretionary revenue, Cost Per Subscription and subscription targets.
- Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; be willing to make quick, impactful decisions that drive results.
- Test and learn attitude and an understanding of commercial marketing metrics and reporting for success
What’s required to succeed: - Tertiary qualification in Marketing
- 5+ years’ experience delivering successful sales and marketing promotional campaigns to a discretionary consumer and/or subscription database
- 3+ years’ experience in managing high-performing marketing teams
- 3+ years’ experience in end-to-end development and implementation of automated customer lifecycle journeys (primarily in mail, email and/or SMS) and establishing processes and governance to support this
- 3+ years’ experience in using customer data, modelling, segmentation, and testing methodologies to inform campaigns and strategies
- Experience in working in a Lotteries or FMCG businesses is highly desirable but not mandatory
- An eye for detail - we work in a highly regulated industry and every communication needs to be quality checked for compliance
- Team player - we are a close-knit team so cultural fit will be important. This position will be working in close alignment with the retention manager
