We are currently seeking experienced and reliable operators across a range of disciplines to join our growing team.

Positions Available (but not limited to):

• Loader Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Grader Operators
• Roller Operators
• Watercart Operators 
• HR & Tipper Drivers

Project Location & Travel:

• FIFO from Perth (PER) to Karratha (KTA)
• Accommodation and transport to site arranged

Scope of Work Includes:

• Enabling and shutdown works (day shift/night shift)
• Grader operations: access road maintenance through to final trim
• Excavation: bulk earthworks, box-outs, and detailed trimming
• Loader work: land clearing, load & haul, ballast handling
• Watercart: dust suppression and material conditioning
• Tipper operations: load and haul circuits
• Roller operations: compaction activities
• Skid steer work in rail formation and level crossings
• General ground works where required

Key Requirements:

• Current Rio Tinto Inductions
• Pre Employment Medical
• LABDAS 
• Proven operating experience 
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
