We're seeking motivated and reliable individuals who are keen to build a career in the drilling and exploration industry. You'll be physically fit, safety-focused, enjoy hands-on work, and be comfortable working in remote FIFO environments.

About the Role

• Supporting RC drilling operations alongside experienced Drillers.
• Handling drill rods, tooling and assisting with drilling activities.
• Collecting, processing and managing geological samples.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient drill site environment.
• Assisting with equipment inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Working FIFO across remote WA locations on a 2/1 roster with day and night shifts.

We are only able to consider people located in Perth or close surrounds, for flights out of Perth.

Minimum Requirements 

• HR-B Driver’s License
• Current First Aid (within 12 months)
• Working at Heights (within 12 months)
• White card

Highly Regarded

• Previous Offsider or Trade Assistant experience
