About the Role:
As the Company Secretarial Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to the Company Secretariat team, with a particular focus on managing Perth-based corporate entities. You'll help ensure governance activities, corporate records and administrative processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Coordinate the execution of corporate documents and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain corporate entity information within internal databases.
• Assist with statutory and regulatory lodgements.
• Manage corporate records and historical documentation.
• Process invoices and complete corporate credit card reconciliations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, diary management and team administration.
• Provide support and leave cover across the Company Secretariat team.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
