The Wilner Group has partnered with our client, a ramp manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience. Together we are searching for a Manufacturing Director to join their team in the Bregen County, NJ area.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track production performance to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are met.
• Implement quality control standards to ensure products meet customer and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and manage the manufacturing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to align production with demand forecasts and budget goals.
• Ensure full compliance with regulations, industry standards, and quality systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10+ years of senior-level manufacturing operations experience.
• Proven success managing large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

Compensation: $150k - $175k
