Together we are searching for a Tax Manager-SALT to join their team at their Stamford, CT or any company location on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

• Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate basic knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Work closely with Tax Partners to satisfy the needs with planning compliance.
• Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed.
• Research, write and consult on various tax engagements.
• Respond to inquiries from state tax authorities.

  
Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MS degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required; MST preferred.
• CPA, EA, or JD or other related experience or certification relevant to an area of specialization required.  
• 7+ years progressive tax experience in public accounting required; Minimum 6 years SALT experience. 
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
