My client is a Global Freight Forwarder with a standout brand and service across the world. As a leader in the Australasian logistics sector, they are an innovative service provider that embraces collaboration, learning, and development. Due to continuous growth & expansion they are looking for an Export Operations Coordinator to join the Brisbane team based in the Rocklea area. Reporting to the Branch Manager this position has a strong focus on supporting key accounts, and process & compliance excellence.
 
The Role
 
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Export Bookings & Scheduling
• Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
• Shipment Coordination & Tracking
• Customer & Partner Communication
• Job Costing & Invoicing
• Continuous Improvement

 
Your Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of export operations and customs procedures
• Relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is highly regarded
