RPI is looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial projects across Sydney. You’ll oversee multiple projects – including a flagship, sector-leading facility for a high-profile national client.

This role will suit someone with strong construction delivery experience, ideally from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background or similar consulting background, who’s ready to take ownership of end-to-end project outcomes.

The Opportunity: 
Based in our Sydney office, you’ll:

• Lead the delivery of major industrial and logistics projects (valued at $30-100m+)
• Oversee construction delivery, contract management, variations and claims
• Engage with contractors, consultants and key client stakeholders
• Manage project performance, risk, and quality throughout delivery
• Mentor and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
• Travel to Western and South-Western Sydney sites is required (own vehicle needed).

More about you:

• 10+ years’ industry experience in project or construction delivery
• Background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, or client-side experience with strong site exposure
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
• Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
