The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Construction team in Townsville.
This role will see you leading projects from planning through to delivery, with a particular focus on electrical and emerging energy infrastructure. Experience across solar, renewables, or energy-related projects will be highly regarded.
You will play a key role in managing project outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Based in our Townsville office, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of infrastructure and construction projects from planning through to completion
  • Managing project scope, budget, schedule and risk to achieve successful outcomes
  • Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports and briefs for clients
  • Managing procurement processes including consultant and contractor engagement
  • Overseeing contract administration and construction delivery activities
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams including designers, engineers and contractors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders and project partners

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong project leadership capability, commercial awareness, and experience delivering complex infrastructure or building projects.
Experience working on electrical, mechanical, energy, or renewables-related projects will be highly regarded.
You will also bring:

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
  • Demonstrated experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects within a consultancy, contractor or client-side environment
  • Strong knowledge of contracts administration and project governance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and project teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
