The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Perth team. This role involves managing projects across the full lifecycle—from design through to delivery. You'll need excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing design briefs, construction scopes, and tender documentation.
• Manage the engagement of consultants and contractors.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver infrastructure programs and capital works projects effectively.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to clients.

About You
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering civil infrastructure and/or construction projects. You thrive in collaborative environments and can confidently manage diverse stakeholder groups.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated project management experience across civil infrastructure and/or construction.
• Experience across all project lifecycle stages, from concept design through delivery.
• Design management experience, overseeing consultants from concept to detailed design.
• Strong contract administration and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex approval processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
