To proactively support RP Infrastructure’s (RPI) high-performance culture and assist the National Marketing and Operations Director in the delivery of effective marketing, sales and communications initiatives - both internally and externally.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator (National) reports directly to the National Marketing & Operations Director (NMOD).
Key focus areas of the role include:
- Marketing – responsible for developing and delivering key marketing and business development initiatives under the direction of the NMOD to drive brand engagement to support new and existing business and to attract and retain high calibre staff.
- Communications – responsible for internal and external communications across a range of channels, including identifying communications opportunities, positioning and targeting messages, and writing and producing content.
- Corporate Social Responsibility – support RPI’s plans by identifying, implementing, and communicating a range of initiatives.

Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to deliver effective marketing, sales and communications initiatives - both internally and externally. If you have demonstrated experience writing and proof-reading accurate high-quality copy, with the ability to simplify and improve technical content while meeting brand guidelines and client requirements, then this is a role for you.
Located in Sydney, you'll be a key part of our Marketing team, supporting our national business and reporting directly to the National Marketing & Operations Director. Some of your Key Performance Areas will include:
- Ensuring the development of targeted marketing and communications collateral that aligns with the brand identity and positioning objectives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Writing and proofreading copy, for case studies, articles, capability statements, the website, bids, presentations, social media and other promotional activities.
- Managing updates to RPI’s social media accounts to ensure they hold up-to-date, accurate content that meets brand guidelines and all approval requirements.
- Coordinating RPI website updates including case studies, news and other content to ensure it represents RPI’s services, sectors, people and brand.
- Working with external suppliers including printers, designers and merchandisers to deliver branded collateral on time and within budget.
- Improving Marketing and Communications systems and processes to create efficiencies across the team and the wider business.
- Ensuring RPI’s content libraries are well organised, and content is up to date.
- Maintaining RPI’s events and sponsorships calendar and ensuring events and related activities are planned and implemented as agreed.
- Ensuring a professional standard of presentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience coordinating and managing marketing and communications collateral in a professional services or relevant industry organisation (B2B experience is preferable).

- Willingness to be hands-on in the approach to the role as you will be writing, proof-reading and creating collateral.
- Capacity to work in a matrix environment with ability to deal with complexity and undertake a variety of tasks, sometimes simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work proactively to develop and refine systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines (and a willingness to work after hours on occasion if necessary).
- Capacity to learn quickly, flexibility to adapt as plans change and to apply new systems and processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent personal presentation appropriate to a professional services business environment.
