Our client, a well-established defendant insurance law firm, is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a professional and cohesive legal environment and develop their administrative career. 

The Role 

As Junior Administrator, you will provide crucial support to fee earners and the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing general administrative support to fee earners and support staff 
• Managing post, scanning, filing, and document handling 
• Maintaining accurate records on internal case management systems 
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, bundles, and correspondence 
• Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and booking meeting rooms 
• Answering calls and greeting clients and visitors 
• Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
