Senior Commercial & IT Lawyer 5+ PQE

The Firm 
Our client, a highly reputable commercial and IP law firm are rapidly growing. They are looking for an experienced Commercial & IT Lawyer who will bring a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the tech sector to their dynamic IT team.

The Role 
In this position you will work on varied and challenging matters from everyday commercial advisory to matters involving software agreements, data governance, cybersecurity, AI deployment, fintech arrangements, and IP commercialisation.  
  
About You 

• At least 5 years’ PAE, ideally gained in a recognised commercial or TMT practice; in house experience in the tech industry will also be highly valued.
• Strong technical drafting skills and commercial judgment. 
• Confidence managing client relationships and running matters with autonomy. 
• A genuine passion for technology. 
• Experience working with start-ups, venture investors, or cross-border technology transactions would be a bonus.
