Associate Commercial, Commercial Litigation and Insolvency 4-5 years PAE

The Firm
Our client, a well regarded boutique commercial firm in the Sydney CBD, is seeking a Lawyer/Associate with 4-5 years’ experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience and progress your career in a supportive environment.

The Role
You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to both commercial transactional and litigation matters. The role offers involvement across a broad range of tasks, including:

• Managing your own files under partner supervision
• Legal research and drafting advice
• Preparing briefs, deeds, contracts and court documents
• Attending client meetings, court hearings and assisting counsel
• Preparing CLE materials
• Drafting documents for regulatory bodies (e.g., ASIC, ACCC)
• General support in day-to-day file management

About You:

• 4-5 years' experience in commercial or commercial litigation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional, collaborative approach
