Our client is a long established and highly reputable firm who are leaders in the areas of Wills, Estates and Probate. They are seeking a proactive Legal Secretary to provide 1:1 support to a solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transferable skills. Previous Wills & Estates experience is not essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a solicitor 
• Managing diaries, appointments and correspondence 
• Drafting letters and basic legal documents 
• Liaising with clients and external parties in a professional manner 
• Organising and maintaining client files and case records 
• Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day office operations 

What they’re looking for: 

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently 
• Discretion and confidentiality 
• Experience in an administrative or secretarial role, legal experience is a bonus but not required 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
