Our client is a commercial boutique law firm located in Sydney CBD. They regularly work with high net worth and entrepreneurial clients in all aspects of their business as trusted advisors.

About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate Litigation Lawyer with 2-5 years PAE experience.
The successful applicant will support an experienced Partner and will have direct access to clients across a broad range of industries and organisations.
You must be an organised, self sufficient and approachable individual with outstanding written and verbal skills.

General Requirements:

• Advise on legal matters to clients
• Instruct in Court proceedings 
• Initiate and follow-up on all areas of legal documentation
• Establish and maintain strong professional working relationships with clients
• Exhibit and apply an unsupervised ability of understanding and operating within and responding to complex legal procedures and areas of change in law, rules and regulations  
• Participate in relevant client business development activities 
• Achieve billable hour requirements 
• Participate in specialist committees. May be operationally based such as precedents or commercially based firm initiatives 
• Undertake CLE and any other relevant training 
• Capable of demonstrating achievement of appropriate KPI’s, specifically: time recording, fees billed and collected, client maintenance, provision of specific training
