Legal Secretary
Our client is a long-established and well-regarded general practice seeking their next long-term conveyancing secretary to join their close-knit and friendly team.
Your responsibilities for this role may include diary and calendar management, drafting and preparing correspondence, formatting and drafting legal documents, managing conveyancing files from exchange to settlement, preparing contracts of sale, property enquiries, opening and closing client files and general secretarial tasks.
The successful candidate must have solid experience in conveyancing, proficiency in PEXA and confident in using document management software. It’s imperative that you have excellent communication and written skills and be efficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. You will be highly organised, self-motivated and be able to use initiative. You will be a keen team player, have a positive attitude and a sunny disposition.
