Senior Legal Secretary - CTP 

About the firm: 

Our client is a renowned Plaintiff Personal Injury firm, who maintain the highest standards of practice and client service. 
This long-established firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to support a Practice Group Leader in their MVA, CTP and Personal Injury practice group in Sydney CBD. They are seeking a motivated self-starter to join their hard working, innovative and cohesive team. This is a full-time position and offers flexible working arrangements. 

About the role: 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Diary and file management
• Scheduling appointments  
• Preparing, editing and finalising letter and other legal documents 
• Drafting and editing statements of claim, letters of instruction, pleadings, schedules of damages, and other case-related materials 
• Liaising with clients, barristers, medical experts and insurers 
• Reviewing and summarising medical and expert reports  
• Managing subpoenas including requesting, reviewing, and organising documents 
• General administrative and office tasks

About you: 

You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a legal secretary, ideally in personal injury law with a focus on CTP claims. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication.
