Our client is an established, specialist plaintiff personal injury law firm recognised as a leading firm in CTP, medical negligence, workplace injury and public liability matters.   
  
The role is supporting a partner who is an accredited specialist in personal injury.  You will be joining a close-knit team with excellent training and guidance.  They are looking for an enthusiastic, competent and reliable senior who enjoys client contact, accepting responsibility and autonomy but is also a team player.  
  
About the Role: 
  
Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Opening and closing of files
• Dictation
• Email and diary management
• Court diary management
• Client reporting
• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls, including taking new client enquiries
• Liaising with clients and professionals, including barristers, experts, doctors and medico legal specialists
• Preparing correspondence
• Preparing court documents
• Arranging client appointments
• Preparing costs agreements
• Preparing briefs
• Filing of court documents via online court portal
• Arranging for service of court documents
• Time recording
• Arranging payment of tax invoices from health care professionals, medico legal reports, expert fees and barrister’s fees
• Legal Research
• Scanning, copying and collating documents
• Other administrative tasks as required
