About the firm: Our client is a small, dynamic legal practice based in Sydney CBD. The firm specialises in providing legal services to Corporate and Commercial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Property and Estate Planning matters.
About the role: This role is for an experienced and motivated legal administrative assistant, looking for the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for doing all administrative tasks across the practice and supporting the legal professionals at the firm. Duties will include office and trust accounting, invoicing, billing, open and closing matters, diary and calendar management, scheduling appointments and conferences, arranging travel and general administrative tasks.
About you: You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in legal administration. You will have impeccable communication and organisational skills, be a self-starter and work autonomously.
